housing associations

While at Kent Architecture Centre I worked with a number of Housing Associations, developing innovative learning programmes for development staff and board members, which applied Urban Design theory and thinking to their everyday practice, giving them more confidence to engage effectively with their architects and design consultants in the development of high quality places. The programme included an assessed task, based on current projects, to help transfer the theory into practice.

I am currently exploring the opportunity to work with an academic partner, so that future learning programmes for Housing Associations can form part of a formal qualification pathway.

I have worked with a leading Housing Association to help staff develop an updated Sustainable Design Guide.
